Halloween 2002
This is a small finger puppet I made for friends way back in 2002. There are finger holds behind each eye and at the mouth.

UNDEAD HULA GIRL
This is another old piece I had laying around. It is resin cast and painted with acrylics. There is a spring hidden behind the grass skirt connecting the hips to the legs for motion.
I gave this out to friends as presents.

IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK
This is a prop I made for fun. It is unfinished up on a shelf in my shop. From front to back it measures approximately 1 foot. I had sculpted monkey arms that fit into the side openings. The opposite side also has a "robotic" crab claw and arm (not pictured) and the top chimney has a head coming out of it (also not pictured) This ended up being used in it's unfinished state on the cover of musician Zoot Bakers album "It's not what you think." pictured - Rich Klink (in sombrero) and Zoot Baker (very dapper)

Smells like Moth Balls
This is the character Monkey from the animated show Dexter's Laboratory. It stands approx. 20" tall. This is a pretty old piece. It was made using Sign Foam, dowel rods and automotive paint. He was sculpted in sections and assembled later. If memory serves there were 16 pieces that were glued together after painting.
This is Milk and Cheese from the hilarious comic of the same name. They stand approx. 10" tall. They are also older pieces constructed the same way as Monkey.

Bowel Disruptor
This is a looks-like 1-1 scale bowel disruptor gun. It is based on the weapon used by gonzo journalist Spider Jerusalem in the comic Transmetropolitan. The settings are loose, watery and prolapse. I wouldn't want to get shot by one of these puppies!
It is made out of Ren board & plastic and painted using automotive paint.

an exercise in procrastination
I started this project quite a few years ago. It will eventually be the Mad Tea Party scene from Lewis Carolls Alice in Wonderland. At this point in time the March Hare needs to be painted, the Hatter sculpture is almost finished as is the Dormouse. I will be starting the sculpture of Alice in a month or two.
I am making this for a very patient close friend.
